I have a 2002 WRX that i just smashed the front end in. i need a new front bumper/hood/(colored pieces which sit in between the grill and bug eye lights.) I suppose i probably cant be picky with colors but my car is a midnight blue pearl.
I have the colored pieces between the grill and lights but they are PSM. Shoot me an offer they have been sitting in the garage for years.
i actually need the metal frame for the bumper and not the plastic cover. new update of assessed damages...
ok, what kind of timeline do you have to get this done? I have an agreement to sell the whole car this weekend. There is a slight chance I could get the bumper off before that or else you can get it from the next owner, he wants the motor and will continue to part out the rest.
I would say about a week or so, friday 8 days from now i would like to start putting my front end back together. i need new headlights too as part of them are broke, would i be able to get those from your car as well? I am okay with buying the parts off of the next owner if that is what it comes down to.
cool, i havent taken my bumper off so im not quite sure if i can even take your bumper frame pieces without a torch. By that i mean i think their welded to the car frame. My problem is the top part of the frame underneath the passenger headlight had its weld break from the body and it twisted causing that part of my bumper to stick up and out a little bit. then down at the bottom it actually snapped and i cant see if its a bolt in or welded in frame.
these are the 2 bad spots. any idea if they need to go to a body shop for repairs or if i can replace them myself?
ok, I haven't had a bumper off before so I don't know if it is welded but wouldn't be surprised if it is.
sorry that thats all mispelled and buggy. im on my retarded ass ddumb phone that wont let me delete anything or add a curso to respell words because my internet is out. the frame has two little welds one under each headlight and they sjould be easy to break if you or the next owner are willing to do so
