Anyone do an air pump delete and want to sell me their old pump? Mine blew up and I'd like to replace it.

I've got two of them (both from '07 STIs)

I have an 09 WRX so I need to see if they would be compatible. Would you happen to know?

Hmm, the part numbers are different. Their orientation how they are mounted and where they are mounted in the engine bay are different as well. 07 sti is on the dr side fender well. I'm not certain they are compatible...I'm guessing not. But perhaps it's just the mounting bracket that is different. Subaru wants over $600 for a new pump, holy ****!

Do you have either an AccessPort or an opensource tune, by chance? Block off plates will likely be a cheaper route. Then you'd just need the codes cleared and be done with it for good. Although, I'm not all to familiar with the GR platform and how the delete differs from the '07, but I'm assuming it's very similar if not identical.

Thanks for checking all of that, very kind of you. I have looked into the block of plates, definitely cheaper than the new pump. I've already replaced the pump once and it has blown a hole in the side of the pump both times. Just wasn't sure if a future owner would prefer a block or a repair. Not sure how long I'll have the car.
