WTB: 20mm stock RSB

Like the subject says, I'm looking for a used 20mm stock rear sway bar; ie: from an 02 sedan.

i did this swap on my car, and i LOVE it. helps so much. i got mine from i-club.

 

yeah, just hoping to get it local; i do have some leads on nasioc.

i used to have huge whiteline sway bars on my camry. the front bar was so beefy, it broke the brackets. i returned the front to stock and wound up oversteering through a New Jersey jughandle.

 

I'm sure there has to be guys with WRX bars..... I got my 20mm from the junk yard....sorry.... yes it only costed $9 with the stocker endlinks..

 

you can always do a fuji and make one from menards materials

 

junk yard... i forgot about that option. Where is there a good one in the cities? I seem to remember a post from long ago about a pull-it-yourself meet at a junk yard...

 

the thing was, I didn't expect it to be a 20mm bar, I got it off a '96 Impreza Outback Sport. The car was slightly modded, tubing for intake on front bumper, and of course the rear swap bar, which I thought was 17mm. There are no NEW cars at the yard. Seeing the '96 OBS was rear enough. Especially a '93 Legacy Turbo.

you just missed a sale, one of the member here was selling both the front and rear 20mm sway bars for 50.

 

i know! :x that's what prompted me to proactively seek one

 

I think I still have my FHI 20mm bar from the RS. It is from a '00 so I am not sure if they fit, but IIRC they do (too many things to remember!).

If I have it....$20. I will take a look tonight.
