    Just making a post to see if anyone on here is privately trying to sell their home. Currently finishing up the pre approval process and looking for a home in the 150-175k range. Also looking to be moving in no later then the end of October. Currently usin edina realty as my realtor but if anyone has other sugjestions throw them out here to.

    check out the west st paul, inver grove, and the west side lots of good houses for cheap.

    Thanks for the pm Dave currently waiting on inspection but if it goes well(and it should) I should have a bed 2 bath house already if something falls through I'll keep u in mind :)
