WTB: 4.44 rear diff

    Looking for a 4.44 rear differential, mine blew the seals then.. ate some metal :(

    Pretty sure these cars are all 4.44 and have the 25 tooth inner spline that'll work with my axles-
    • 96 legacy outback 2.2 auto
    • 96 legacy 2.5 auto
    • 97 legacy 2.5 auto
    • 98 legacy 2.5 auto
    • 99 legacy 2.5 auto
    • 99 legacy 2.5 auto
    • 98 impreza RS auto
    • 99 impreza RS auto
    • 00 impreza RS auto
    • 00 forester 2.5 auto

    I recently picked one up from a local junk yard. Try car-part.com.

    I paid $60 for one from a 2003 Forester XS Automatic.
