My new 02 WRX came with snow tires (studded! :eek4 on stock 16" wheels. I need something more summer oriented. I was planning on ordering new wheels and tires tomorrow, but thought I'd drop a line and see what people have lying around. I'd prefer 17" but will consider 16" and 18". All seasons or summers are both acceptable. (I'd prefer stickier and wider, but it's a DD so it's not wildly important). Not wanting to spend a ton since I can get a setup I like brand new for ~$700. Willing to paint if your wheels are some freaky green or orange. :biggrin:
I got a couple PMs today, but nothing that really fit the bill. I put in an order for a set of MB mesh wheels (heavy, I know, but I love mesh) and Hankook Ventus Evo k110 tires this evening. It should be a decent blend of style and grip for daily driving. Thanks to those who sent me offers.
