Like the title states I sold my 92 svx to fund the 5 speed swap and repainting of my 94 red svx. Need a trans to get me started on this build. remember FWD
FYI, '93-'94 FWD 5MT imprezas had different spline count (23) on the axles stubs. Any other FWD trans will have the 25 splines that will match your SVX axles.
well thanks for the info mainly looking for a legacy trans 92 plus but I didnt want to be picky I also need pedals and a few other odds and ends that I will worry about after I locate a trans.
i have a fwd tranny from a 95 legacy auto, i am assuming you want a manual but if you could use a auto let me know. ryan
my svx is a fwd to begain with and never sees winter.. might be one of the only ones left in mn without rust haha. but anyways I had the parts car lined up and the junkyard crushed it so im still looking for a legacy 90+ fwd trans and shift linkage , shift cable and pedal assembly or a whole car. Obviously it can be a huge pos cause i just need the parts listed !
