I wouldn't put much stock in the pics looking similar. It's been my experience those are more just a general guideline than an actual representation. It'll be close enough to get you in the ballpark but that's about it.

Nathan just left. Cute kids, man. Side by side, the compressors look nearly identical. They are different Calsonic p/n's but the connections and bolt points look identical. I think he'll be fine.
i use my AC for a dehumidifier on humid spring days, in the winter, and when the mrs forces me to. I think the last time I used the AC other than that was when I wore a suit, back in prob 01 or something. I love the window down, despite my alergies, despite the roar of the semi im passing on the right cuz he is in the far left lane... Can switch cars if you get toooo hot and your AC isnt firing up!
Or do like I did and just remove the AC altogether so when passengers get mouthy you can say "Well, I don't have A/C so deal with it."

ok so it ended up being the ............. something something pressure valve (erik or brian - part name please).. PIA in under the dash... actually it would have been easier if I hadnt started on the drivers side pulling apart the dash.... so now I have a/c... woot woot
