    I'm in St. Paul. Which line are you talking about? The weird metal one that has some sort of plug thing at one end?

    Not sure. I can't see it that well, But it runs along the frame of the car from front to back, just under the battery.

    It doesnt. It was just a diagram I found. I think they go for between $25-35 on ebay tho. I'd have to check around again for price.
