    My freind needs a 2.5 phase 2 short block, anyone have one sitting around, maybe a long block?

    He has some bad rod knock and needs to get running.:(

    I do from a 04 sti long block... can't remember if long with pistons and everything.... it's got everything except the head... not sure what phase 2 means... my block has iron sleeves in it already... pm and make me a offer...

    know a guy with 2 2.5rs motors a 96 10k miles and a 97 40k, u could prolly has both for 500-600

    Those are both phaze 1 DOHCs, and neither are RS motors, as the RS didnt exist before 98.

    WOW, nice catch. I like how you read other peoples posts and think about it and then respond.

    I wish I did that more instead of just posting gut responces. I could use a mentor like you!:biggrin:

    I think I'm just to quick to post and I think that I should take time to read and contemplate the earlier posts better.

    lately I have been selecting what post of mine get the SUBMIT button and what post shouldn't, I havn't got it down yet, but I think I'm improving!:cool:
