WTB: cheap good snow tires

i just need a set of snow tires...humm does it usually come with them spare tire looking rim? i just need a set...

i'm too poor to afford new tires...yah poor college student

noticed these on anderson motorsport's site, since you mention it... (http://www.andersonmotorsport.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=43&products_id=121):
"We also have one set of 16x7 Kazera KZ-S wheels with 205/55/16 Hakkapeliitta 2 snow tires, for a Subaru WRX. These are very lightly used. $600 for the set."
I think I paid just over $100/tire for my hakka 2's, so it's a decent deal as long as you check out the tires first... no comment on the wheels (i'm using stock wrx rims from an '02).
