    can you put dohc heads on a sohc shortblock? what headgasket would you use? thanks

    yeah you can put dohc on a sohc block. i know a guy that had to do it to his rs. but i'm not sure what gasket he used. also, if you are still looking for a block, i have one.

    so project....still interested in my 96 2.5L???? well..its still here and its also with the tranny that you wanted from LVT...they are both together...if you want it..i'll keep it bolted on together with the stock cluth....
