    Isn't a short block a short block? Or are you looking for a long block?

    No overhead cams, dual or otherwise, in a short block no?

    Or am I missing something? I'm not that familiar with subarus unfortunately.

    i found one in town actually, thanks guys... yeah i was looking for a short block, meaning no heads, intake etc. sohc and dohc shortblocks are diff.
