Well I've got one out of my 07 WRX that the CD player is jammed. The Aux in still works great with my iPod, so does the AM and FM.

You could always send it in and get it refurbished thru a local Subaru dealership.

I'm running a Kenwood DDX-512 and love it. You can easily find them for $400.

 

I want to get a double din deck one of these days so I can pop a movie in on the drives up north. music gets old.
