    Hello MN Subaru folks,

My 1989 subaru GL will soon need a new motor, I am thinking I would like to replace the ea82 with an ej series motor. Please let me know what you have, I would be interested in replaceing it with another ea82 if anyone has one laying around. I am trying to get a feel for what options I have.

    Thanks!

How long can you wait? I'll have a complete ej25d available in April.

I can wait, I am in no hurry, The old tired ea82 is still running strong on cylinders #2, #3, #4... the same as it has been for 2 years.

I may well forget by then, so PM me a reminder in a few months. Otherwise it'll go up in the FS forum and someone else might snatch it. It will come with an ECU but no harness, and I haven't decided on a price yet.
