Hello, I'm looking to buy a Forester with a manual to begin learning the ropes of Subaru tuning. My budget is around 3-4k, would prefer a manual, preferably in black but color isn't a deal breaker. I'd love color matched bumpers but am willing to consider anything. High miles and something needing work isn't a big deal, I'm planning to do suspension and wheel upgrades to whatever I find so some work on top of that is fine. I'm ready to buy now, but I also have a 2006 Mini cooper base that I'm trying to sell to help fund this just in case anyone here is interested in something like that. Hoping to find something soon, I'm dying to get started!
