Like the title says I'm looking for some Group N or Cusco motor and tranny mounts. My stockers (140,000) are pretty wore out and my up pipe is hitting my cross-member under hard acceleration. So I would like to replace them as soon as I can. Let me know what you got. Thanks.
Just do you are aware- the Cusco mounts transmit a lot more NVH than the Group N mounts. The mounts will make the interior of your car a lot louder. If this car is a DD, I would not go with anything stiffer than the Group N mounts.
Buy a 10-12 dollar MNSOC card go to Morries buy the Group N motor, pitch mount, and tranny mount then live happy. Oh it will get slightly louder and shake the car a little more at start up. But I have them and love them, one of the first mods I did.
I don't have any issues with stiffer/solid mounts, I have solid mounts in my Chevy Beretta and DD it in the summer. My up pipe is awfully close to that lower cross-member so I just want to make sure the engine won't move as far as it does now. Where can I buy this card? Would I be getting a discount of sorts with this card? And how much does a mount set usually cost from Morries (for price comparison reasons) as I have a local Subaru dealer here in Eau Claire?
Going off this website (don't know if its retail) I saved quite a bit of money when I bought my engine mounts and 2 pitch mounts. No I had bought two pitch mounts and one set of motor mounts, I used the other pitch mount as partial payment with helping me do the install.
I have the Group-N engine & tranny mounts. Additional NVH is marginal - anything I do notice louder is BETTER! I love mine!! Nothing at all about them is annoying in my daily driver.
