WTB: Legacy/Impreza for around 3k

    Low milage is a plus. I also don't want any beat up POS.

    It's gotta be reliabile.

    That's not an ultra realistic set of criteria there, but good luck on finding one. A good condition, low mileage subaru isn't going to be anywhere near that price range though. You can get a good condition one with high miles for maybe somewhere close to that, or a bad condition low mile one.

    ^Well low miles obviously isn't going to be 70-80k miles, but I don't want a car w/ like 190+ miles.

    It's going to be a beater, but I don't want to have a ton of problems.

    did you check the news papers in the auto thriftys or maby go to an auction or two

    ^I'm looking at a Volve 850 turbo tomorrow. We'll see wat happens......

    Usually you can't find anything in the auto mags. The newspapers are also lean on the cheap ones. Most of them are over 10K. Never went to an auto auction before tho...
