In 3 weeks I can sell you the stock suspension (springs and struts) from my 2011 wrx. 35k miles.

This doesn't sound like it's going to end well.

The 2011 suspension is not compatible with 05 foresters.

There are forester specific coilovers that work well, forester lowering springs (swift brand) and certain 02-07 wrx suspension setup that will work. Be careful about what you choose because it can screw up your suspension dynamics. Stock wrx wagon suspension will drop the forester roughly 3in.

Subaruforester.org has a lot of info.

As for grabbing STi specific suspension, it'll have to be from the 04 STi only unless you want to drill to fit the 05 set up.

You get what you pay for.

Spend the extra $500 and at least get some BC's

For 500 bucks you can get a better strut setup than those racelands and they won't be utter s***.

Please don't buy racelands unless you are only going for a slammed look. Same with BC's.

If you care at all about comfort, look into Tokico D-Specs, Koni inserts, or AGX's along with a good lowering spring.

Actually there are ride quality issues with dspecs on foresters.

There is a reason they are called Ricelands.

I would consider selling my eibach set up.

That would actually lower your forester and actually ride kind of decent.

PM me, maybe we can work out something. I may just want your suspension.

I don't think forester suspension fits wrx's the struts are longer and the springs ride higher so it's too long for wrx's.

I may be wrong, it actually might work but I don't think it's as easy as dropping in the struts/springs. dirty impreza has a lot of information. From what I recall, most people end up swapping springs or struts from the forester but not both.

Either buy them new for $800+ or search like hell on nasioc for a used set and hope for the best.

I bought a set new once because I found a great deal, and got lucky on a used set once. They are tough to beat though... Closest comparison are koni inserts.
