WTB: mobo+cpu - older, like P4/athalon, something that takes ddr300

    I know an older lady who is beyond broke and addicted (more or less, lolz) to the internet. I'm her tech support.

    Her ragged PC died the other day.


    I need a motherboard and CPU - nothing special, just needs to take 20-pin power, have an AGP slot or integrated video, and take DDR300 (3 slots preferable, 2 minimum).


    If anybody has anything like this they'd let me have for not too much $ please post it up. Thank you.

    I have a PC I'm not using that I think fits those specifications. I'll see what kind of memory it takes.

    I appreciate it guys. I'm also scanning CL. Might just pick up a whole new unit for her, since this one's not in the hottest shape all around. Can't spend more than $100 though and would prefer to spend half that since its just an acquaintance and this is coming out of my pocket.
