Honestly the ebay ones go for cheap. I have had one for about three years and 60K with no problems. Or do it cheap and gut your stock one. Shinenitelite and I did it on his car and it worked great. Just need a drill, a chisel, and a hammer.
I just bought an Invidia catless from mnstylewrx to install on a friends car. I found them all over new and used for about 100$. The quality was good to above average, and the fitment was very good when i installed. I would recommend these as a good cheap route.

I got one with my car when I bought it. It was in the trunk however, and is brand new. I searched around to see what brand it is, and after looking around I am 99% sure its a Megan Racing UP.
