Hey guys, I need the drivers side rear wheel well molding that fits along the entire outer wheel well that protects the fender from road debris. Let me know if you have one, or know where I can find one. Thanks!

I want mine on as I want to keep chips and damage from forming so rust will stay away.

Do as you wish...but here is my theory, for what it's worth:

I don't forsee many, if any, rocks thrown at that area and I would think the molding would trap moisture/salt and possibly promote rust.

Not tryin' to be a weiner ;)

I had mine replaced under warranty when the 02 still had less that 36k. They started to come loose. Once they were replaced, the never loosened up again. I don't think they were very expensive. Get new ones. They will hold up better.

There was a thread debating this on 2.5rs. fwiw people tended to lean toward taking it off promoted the inner edge to rust faster. I can see both sides and don't really have a firm opinion.

Mine's coming off and I'm not too sure what to do either. I'll probably just keep putting off replacing it till it falls off and I lose it for good lol.

This was the other option I was considering. My brother used Herculiner on his Chevy truck and that stuff was tough as nails.

Ugh I have this same problem...mine started coming off and I put my hand in the area underneath the lining and it was caked with salt/dirt...seems like it could possibly promote rust...?
