wtb sti heads

anyone have some sti heads lying around?

I don't actually need to buy them - I'd like to trade my sti heads and pay you for your time. Here's the deal, I need to measure the exact volume of a set of heads so JE can make me a custom piston. However, I do not want to take my engine apart for another month or so. If you have a set of STI heads that you will not be needing for several weeks I'd like to use them for measurements and my build - then I would give you my heads after I pull my engine. I would pay you for your troubles. Basically, we trade STI heads + money on my part

yeah, i was going to say the same... i don't recall if Ron and Matt have stock heads tho

 

They have at least one or two blown longblocks I thought last time I was there.

JE claims a stock head varies from 52 to 57cc and they need to know exactly what mine measures at. Any truth to this or is it really pretty much a static 57cc for any usdm sti head?

I don't think I want to risk assuming a volume on my head because of how little clearance there will be with the valves to reach 11:1 or higher for cr
