So it turns out my brother has to have the single tip catback for the car( his preference) which if i"m not mistaken means only an sti catback or the 9.2x aero catback will work. Thanks everyone that has responded with wrx catbacks, if i can talk him into a wrx catback i will give one of you guys a call.
