    The seller that I am dealing with is being unbelievably flaky to say the least. I'm looking to buy and Impreza sedan from 2001-newer and I'd like it to have low-ish miles and cost around $4,000. Thanks!

    So just an NA impreza? Price will be tricky, and lower miles on a 15 year old car also.

    How soon are you looking to buy? Any interest in a WRX?

    Gotcha. Well i'll have a WRB WRX for sale in that price range. Motor will have about 150k on it, but it is not ready yet.
