I am looking to buy a totaled aka cheap awd impreza for racing/rallying. the only thing I would like to know is good is the transmision. I plan on turboing what ever motor is in it so that is trivial besides the fact that wrx drivetrains and other parts are cheap as **** now. I dont' want anything that's body is in even remotely good shape.
wow $500! i would jump on that for a parts car! and you get a cage to boot. is it a 5spd? even the same color as my car.
if your just looking for a motor i have a 2003 wrx short block i would sell for cheap it only has 80,000 miles on it. the motor has never seen more than 17lbs of boost so it should be in good order.
if i didnt already have 2 subies i would be all over this. just for the parts this is a steal! i shouldl try and convince my mom that a parts car doesnt count as a car. but i doubt that will fly lol
