WTB: Trailer Hitch

My dad is looking for a trailer hitch for his 2000 outback. He is being kinda picky, not even sure if the one he is looking for is made. What he is looking for is a 1.25 reciever hitch, but he wants where the hitch adapter slides in to be under the cross bar so that the cross bar is not visable, just the 1.25 opening for the hitch adapter. I hope that makes sense, let me knowwhat you guys have, or know where to get this.

I think I may have what he is after, but it's on a 99. I will take a picture tomorrow morning of it. It's sttill on my car but I don't intend to start towing anything. If it fits and it's what he wants...throw me an offer.

all you can see of mine is a small cutout in the rear bar for where the reciever is. Is that the sort your father wants?

it is on a 99 OB wagon and I haveno clue.
