I have a full APS 3" TBE if you are interested. Has some damage on the end of the DP but still mates perfectly in every section and sounds wonderful in my opinion. I dont have an UP though so you would still need to find one of those. I have a stock up pipe I would throw in if you wanted to gut it out which is the same as an aftermarket. I am sure there are a couple of people that would be willing to do the work

Does that have the hi-flow cat? I would like to keep 1 cat somewhere so it doesnt stink. How loud is it and how much?

IMHO that APS MNautomatic is selling is the best deal around. I almost got it instead of the Cobb TBE, but I was pretty committed to the Cobb.

These are expensive as hell new, best to get used when you can.

I have no cat in my exhaust unfortunately so its definately louder. I havn't had any problems with exhaust smell either. The loudness rating I would say is pretty high since there is no cat in the exhaust but the highway noise is how should I say subtle yet noitceable? <---does that make sense? I will try and find a sound clip somewhere online for you and post a link.
