When I got my camera, it didn't come with original CDs. Since I'm gonna shoot in almost all RAW format, I'm going to need the Canon software. Can anyone rip a copy for me? Thanks, Derek
You may be able to download them directly from the site http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/suppo...igital_slr_cameras/eos_40d#DriversAndSoftware I browsed around a bit and found software but I have no idea what it does or what it's for (I use Nikon) ... but I'd start there.
Well, I've been there and all the stuff that's in there is already downloaded. It's all updates for the install CDs. I need the originals. (But thanks for looking, I appreciate it)
I have the original CD I believe. Let me check this afternoon/evening and if I have em you can certainly stop at my place sometime and make a copy and install on your comp.
I know i have mine from my 40D.... Let me know if ya need to borrow or come burn them and accommodations can be made

Im guessing he's mainly looking Canon Digital Photo Professional that comes with the camera. Its one of the best for editing raw images i've found.
