WTB: WRX Project Wagon

    I'm looking to buy a WRX Wagon for the summer. I'll be looking from now until early summer so I have time to waste looking for a deal. Best I've found is a 02' WRX sedan, 53k, maroon for $11,000. Looking for better.

    Here is what I'm interested in...

    -Wagon
    -Price (12k-15k)
    -Mileage (Under 50-60k)
    -No modifications in lifetime of car
    -No major repairs, body work, etc
    -Anything besides 06'-07' models (prefer 02'-05')
    -Prefer White, Black, Yellow
    -Location (within the great state of MN or possibly WI, IO, SD, ND)

    yep, the one at morries costs more. You're going to have a bit of trouble finidng a good condition WRX wagon in that price range. Good thing you're not looking at 06+ because its going to cost way more than that (although will be a faster car since it comes w/ 2.5L engine + actual decent brakes).

    If you are planning on doing extensive mods you may want to find a damaged car, salvage title car, blown motor/tranny car and start from there. might be more in your price range. I can guarantee its going to be difficult to get something under 50k miles, never been modded and has no problems, except maybe that one at morries. It has been sitting there for a really long time so who knows, plus its a yellow wagon which is relatively rare.

    if you want an older non wagon yellow subaru porject for cheaper, i got something to sell ya =]

    just kidding, its not really what you;re looking for.

    Try talking to sogonerg or rabbit on here (ray and peter). they both sell subarus and can at least tell you whats around.

    I saw that and am keeping it as an option. Think they will lower price?

    well it has been sitting there for months so they might want to deal on it. I know they're having a couple of bad sales months, so end of the month you might be able to squeeze someone.

    okay well i'm going to keep looking. summer is a long time away still. especially with all this snow showing up all of a sudden.
