Looking for a set of orange corner lights. I can find them online but only from shady drop shippers and I've already had to cancel one order and file a paypal dispute after waiting a month and not getting any responses. Ugh. I'll buy them outright or could trade my black Depo corner lights plus a small amount of cash. They look like this:
Ebay indeed.. That is where mine came from as well. No leaks or moisture after almost 5k miles of them being on my car
You know, they were out of stock everywhere a month ago, but right after I posted this I looked again and sure enough now they're available from a bunch of sellers again. Already ordered a set off Ebay. lol
No. Too many people go clear or grey, especially with the CGM RS. I like leaving a little color. The orange looks good in the tails, imho, and leaving the side markers, corners, blinkers, and the little vent looking pieces in the bumper all orange ties it in across the whole car. A silver car looks too bland if you take all the color out, again imho. I tried the black corners and personally I think they look like ****.
I was just curious why others would think like me. I like the color(s) in the vehicle lights. For me it goes back to my model building days when I was a kid. I thought it looked cheap and unfinished if the parking lights and turn signals were left chrome (the lights were usually one piece moldings with the bumpers and grilles...this was back when virtually all cars has chrome bumpers). This would look similar to today's trend of "clearing" the lights of their amber elements. All everyone speaks of on LegacyGT.com is clearing their lights. Thanks.
