wtbvg: ej turbo parts

i am looking for turbo exhaust m,anifolds, stock or aftermarket that will fit ej22 heads, the n/a motor, alsao looking for stock turbo, charge piping, etc. thansk all hoping to buy asap

 

Just to be the devil's advocate, some NA heads are single port. The turbo heads are dual port. If you find that your motor has single ported heads, you'll need to have the EJ22T/EJ20T heads to fit a turbo manifold.

what do u mean dual/ single port, the manifold openiings? if so there are two intake,a dn two exhaust on each side( two intake logs, two exhaust outlets

then a turbo manifold would bolt up to your car, since you are dual port, im doing the same thing to my impreza...na/to turbo but i need to get turbo heads

 

do i have to use the turbo heads, or r u just using them cuz they are better?

 

you dont have to...but it will lower your comp ratio a bit, and the heads will flow better

 

93-95 2.2L dual ports
96-01 2.2L single ports
