Just thought I'd throw this out here. I'm looking to rent a single garage space for my 1000cc trike (trex-eqsue) project for the winter. Storage units can be pretty cheap ($50/month), but the ability to work on it and have power is worth something extra to me. If anyone has space or has solved a similar probelm in the past, let me know! Any ideas?
I may have a solution for you. There's an extra private garage at my duplex that isn't being used by my neighbor, and my landlord was willing to rent it out for $50/mo to another member here, but she decided not to use it. There'd be enough room for tools and working on it, plus you can run an extension cord from the house to the garage. You'd have access to it whenever as well. PM me if interested. It's located in Uptown.
