What is the native resolution? and does it do 720p?

also, why are you getting rid of it?

Not sure what the native resolution is but I know it will do 720p, it will also do 480i, 480p, 1080i.

Wait....hold up. It can do 720p?!? That's pretty rare for a CRT to be able to run that high of a scanrate frequency. That would work well for videogames on my HTPC, hehehehe.

Now all of a sudden I'm interested in it.....

Anyone wanna buy a 48" Mitsu WS-48313? lol.

    Sure...

    $.25 = 1in.
    $.25 x 48 in.= $12.00

There's no such thing as native resolution on a CRT TV. They're variable resolution displays just like a CRT computer monitor.

I don't think it actually does 720p. It may accept a 720p signal(maybe) and then convert it to 1080i like most other CRT's.

It is very rare for a CRT to be able to convert a 720p signal to 1080i, let alone actually resolve 720p.

CRT's don't actually have a native resolution. Those are only LCD, DLP, etc. The fixed pixel displays.

I'm guessing it only does 480i/p and 1080i which is par for CRT. I also am too lazy to look and prove myself. But 99% sure this is the case. If I didn't already have a 53" CRT I may have bit.

    Great price though!

Hello, Who is selling the tv? oh wait, it's me. 480i, 480p and 1080i. These are
what i've seen. I got a new tv for winter holidays, so the Mitsu. needs to move
to a new home, where someone will care for it, and love it. If you are this person, let me know.
    $550.00 have a nice day

I see it has a VGA connector, what does the picture look like when you hook up a computer? 640x480 on a 55" screen will probably look really grainy
