I have a set of winter wheels with tires I'd like to sell or trade for 17" stock wheels of the same value. Wheels look rough due to paint pealing off but they are balanced and hold air nicely. Tires were only used for one winter (last year) since purchased. Let me know if you have any questions, need of more pictures, interested in purchasing, and or have other wheels to trade? -Wheels: MB weapons -size: 16x7 -offset: +40 -bore size: 72mm *will come with Gorilla center rings -tire brand: Michelin X-Ice -tires measurement: 205/55/16 9/32nd -trade for 17" stock wheels w/ winter tires -Asking $450 obo. *pictures include only the worse looking one that has been sanded. All others still have the bubbling paint. Thanks!
Where were you last week? LOL I caved in and bought some new tires & wheels since no one was selling any. GL with sale tho.
It's all good. I just ordered a new set. Discount Tire Direct has $100 rebates on their ebay store. I'm bummed that waiting these few days made me miss out on a $50 manufacturer rebate as well, but under $300 out the door is still a good price for Generals. If I had thought about it I might have picked up this set from you and just sold my stock wheels to make up the difference. Oh well.
I'm sure they do? My greatest all time friends named Google said it does. If someone could chime in on this factor with more knowledge about this, that'll be great.
Those are different rims in that picture. I cross posted in another thread hopefully someone will know if they work. If so I want em.
Im 80% certain they will fit. Did you buy those tires new last year or did you get them used? I don't know anything about tread depth etc. Thanks!
I posted the wheels to show an example of 16's on an 06 OBXT. Thanks LY01 for the input. So they do fit!
Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the difference from the stock OBS tire size (225/55/17) and these is 7% which is a very large difference. More than double the recommended maximum variation.
I just bought a tire/wheel set from there too. I also got the Generals, I've never been this excited. First winter with snow tires on my car.
