Probably a long shot but just thought i toss this out. Got a 2000 Legacy L, automatic, 150k. engine has piston slap, new timing belt, new a/c and alternator belt, new head gasket, new water pump, new thermostat. Runs strong and starts every time and as reliable as ever. I popped a hole into the a/c condensor when i was redoing the engine, it was seal with jb weld and i am not sure on how well it holds as i never refilled the a/c. tranny shifts smooth and is very responsive. exterior i would give it a 7/10. has the usual battle scars against mother nature and idiots. Nothing major, Overall body is good with just a .5 in rust spot near the gas cap where paint was chipped. Car is paid off with title in hand. would like to trade for a 5spd wagon of similar condition or cash on top if your car is in better condition. pictures to come in a bit.
