i have a set of blacked out tails on my car right now, but my license is now suspended for 90 days, so i want to trade someone for a set of stock ones so that my car doesnt stand out as much. They are in really good shape and the the black-out job was done by an actual painter. I'm looking to get 50 bucks for the trade.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that if your license is suspended for 90 days, that means you shouldn't be driving for 90 days...not that you need to try to avoid the cops.
Yes, this. Get an occupational license and wait it out. You could get pulled over for no reason at all and still be screwed.
