#1 dont sell your exhaust, no hair if you do
#2 why a townhome and not a real house? i looked at townhomes and i couldnt see the facination...and the association fee, so i bought a real house, is it the price?
sorry to hijack your thread btw

^coming from owning both i would HIGHLY recommend a townhouse over a house for ppl our age. there is so much freakin maintenance out at the house and its brand new too. i think my association fee at the townhouse of 187 is a small price to pay for water/sewer(which is $100/month at the house), mowing, leaf picking up, snowblowing, pool cleaning, painting exterior, etc etc etc.

and the price is not that much different when you are looking at $/sqft. i looked at a bunch of places on the parade this weekend, many townhomes in the 350+ category.

agreed about the maintanance part, but i come from a family with a huge yard, bla bla bla, i like doing outside stuff, the townhome reminded me too much of an apt, which i lived in for 6 mos and couldnt stand it..point well taken though. done hijacking :D

You don't need to sell your downpipe if you are going to San Diego. You want the dirt on what is acceptable in San Diego, talk to me.

I would never give up my house for a townhouse, having lived in both, i love the freedom of a house, not much more maitnance if you have the right tools (riding lawn mower, snowblower, lawn vac.)
Atleast trade your bosal for a cobb catback or somthing.

is it 3" and is it the resonated version? Would you be interested in trading straight up for a 2.5" borla hush single tip cat back? it looks like the stock STi exhaust, sounds mean, and is relatively quiet. let me know.

having a big yard is the best excuse for owning a tractor ever since the invention of tractors.
and in case you were not aware.
    tractors are the bomb.
