#1 dont sell your exhaust, no hair if you do #2 why a townhome and not a real house? i looked at townhomes and i couldnt see the facination...and the association fee, so i bought a real house, is it the price? sorry to hijack your thread btw
^coming from owning both i would HIGHLY recommend a townhouse over a house for ppl our age. there is so much freakin maintenance out at the house and its brand new too. i think my association fee at the townhouse of 187 is a small price to pay for water/sewer(which is $100/month at the house), mowing, leaf picking up, snowblowing, pool cleaning, painting exterior, etc etc etc. and the price is not that much different when you are looking at $/sqft. i looked at a bunch of places on the parade this weekend, many townhomes in the 350+ category.
agreed about the maintanance part, but i come from a family with a huge yard, bla bla bla, i like doing outside stuff, the townhome reminded me too much of an apt, which i lived in for 6 mos and couldnt stand it..point well taken though. done hijacking
well, she actually wants me to keep it, i just get tired of the drone all day. and i may have to get rid of my dp, being i am possibly moving to san diego Tim
YOU ARE MOVING TO SAN DIEGO WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND THAT YOU HAVE JUST RECENTLY STARTED DATING!!!! i know she is on here and she seems like a cool chic for sure, but omfg tim.
You don't need to sell your downpipe if you are going to San Diego. You want the dirt on what is acceptable in San Diego, talk to me.
I would never give up my house for a townhouse, having lived in both, i love the freedom of a house, not much more maitnance if you have the right tools (riding lawn mower, snowblower, lawn vac.) Atleast trade your bosal for a cobb catback or somthing.
Don't deny thy pleasure of thy mighty corn hole! For no man shall be called man untill in the he has conquered teh glorious stink dwelling orifice! Edit: Yeah, i'm bored
close the thread, tim isnt gonna get rid of his d/p cat-back, and hes not moving to san deigo...all relationships that start off like this end as fast as they started getting serious :!:
is it 3" and is it the resonated version? Would you be interested in trading straight up for a 2.5" borla hush single tip cat back? it looks like the stock STi exhaust, sounds mean, and is relatively quiet. let me know.
having a big yard is the best excuse for owning a tractor ever since the invention of tractors. and in case you were not aware. tractors are the bomb.
