WTT for wingless deck lid

    Hey I have a 04 JPB STI deck lid and a 03 WRX silver deck lid. I wasn’t happy with the way the STI one so I decided to go wingless. So if anyone has a wingless deck lid that they would care to trade for either of these that would be great. Color isn’t a big deal but if it’s silver that would be best

    why not, take the wing off, bondo the holes, take to body shop, have painted... be done with it. plus still have the winged one incase you want it back later

    other wise I will give you a kick in the balls for the sti trunk.

    wow bill that was harsh lol if you want to help with it then i will do it but i do not have the time to do it right now and i am getting it painted for free and i only need a little but more money to get a wingless one

    after the sale of the the sti trunk? I don't have the know how to do it. It was more just an idea. Sorry it came across harsh, it was not my intentions.

    So Nick, this is an STi spoiler and trunk lid for $125?

    Either way...it's a great price for the park bench! Someone buy this thing!

    Been there and done that!:biggrin:I've done the wingless, WRX, and STi spoiler. The STi is my favorite by far.

    Go to NAPA and get some plugs for a temp fix to see if you like it(wingless). The plugs can be color matched and look pretty good IMO.

    I wish I would have kept mine wingless long enough to trade it for an STi one beings that EVERYONE wants wingless. I ended up paying for both.:(

    And again...someone buy this!;)

    Plugs? Piece of cake. I'm leaving for Iowa on Saturday though I believe.

    We could do it this week though. And you could put them in this weekend if you like. It only takes 5 plugs from Napa, then silver paint to match, and a little silicone adhesive so you don't get any leaks in the trunk. Pretty cheap/easy way to get an idea whether or not wingless is for you.
