WTT: Front end swap - WRB bugeye for??

Just wondering if anyone on here would be at all interested in doing a front end swap with me. I know a lot of people prefer the bugeye looks, but I am not one of those people. I would love to trade for a blob eye or hawk eye front end.

I have a nice VIS carbon fiber hood, perfect headlights which I may Koji mod soon, and WRB fenders and front bumper.

I have some mild interest in this - I have an 04 wagon, though. Would that even work?

I have no idea what's all involved in this / how easy it would be, but I definitely dig the bugeye looks.

Also, what style is the VIS hood? OEM?

 

You'll need to swap:
-Fenders
-Fender liners
-Hood
-Radiator crossmember
-Headlights

Also, if he has a sedan, his fenders will be flared, but yours will not.

 

And sedan fenders look extremely sexy on wagons IMO :yumyum:

 

Oh yeah, definitely THIS.

I'd be up for sedan fenders. More space for wide wheels!

 

The VIS hood is OEM style.

I'll consider the wagon front end, but I want to hold out for a sedan front end a little while longer. I'll let you know.

 

you also need some of the front sheetmetal that attaches to the radiator support. there's a fair amount of cutting and welding to do it right (none of it visible when the hood is closed though so it can be ugly)

 

In that case I'm not interested, since technically the bank still owns this car... :hsugh:
