    Looking for either an SPT or other single tip quiet 3 inch catback, must be able to mate up to a 3" flat downpipe. This thing isn't super loud, but too loud for my tastes.

    Yeah, the maddad pipe replaces the stock resonator pipe. It's 3" (flat flange) at the downpipe side and tapers to 2.5" at the last 3" before the axleback. The jdm genome axleback is 2.5" straight through (baffleless)... canister style... 4" tip.

    It's definitely a hot exhaust for track duty, but I'm not going to be doing any of that for a while and I need to prep my car for DD.

    Come get SubieDave's Maddad to 3 inch straight through Ebay muffler, it wasn't "ZOMGosh" loud but it had a nice bark at WOT. Plus he's asking $100 if you likes you could sell the HKS and be ahead ...
