    Hey guys,

I'm wanting to trade my stock 02 WRX rims and tires for black steelies with tires.

My Rims: OEM 02 WRX rims, have a few dings, dents and scuffs but they don't leak air or anything.

My Tires: pretty good tread left, just got my oil changed and I think they marked them at 7-8/32.

Your Rims: I'm looking for black steelies:

Your Tires: Preferrably winter tires, but any tires with good tread depth will do.

Just remember that 15" steelies will not clear WRX brakes.

    But 16" steelies will right?

I don't think all of them will. You may have difficulty finding 16" steelies, actually.

Is it the color you're going for? Why steelies?

Pics of my rims. And as I said:
Sorry for the cell phone pics. As you can see now, there are "dings, dents and scuffs" a plenty.

I just figured if Discount Tire sold steelies for the 02 WRX they might be a little easier to come across. Maybe not though. Just throwing this out there.

May be willing to trade + money for an upgraded set of wheels (black), instead of a downgrade.

Ouch. Those are in rough shape!

I do know that there are 16" steelies that fit, but I don't think all do. I'm sure you could find some from Discount Tire.

The easiest thing, especially if you're seeing 16" wheels, may be to find another set of WRX wheels and just paint them. It's not tough to do.
