wtt: white 04 sti hood for a rs hood

    anyone on hear have a white 04-05 rs hood that they would want to trade for a sti hood. i will even throw in the sti wing if in good shape.

    This post makes me think of why some company didn't just come up with a fiberglass fill to bolt in place of the scoop. Would most people be against that idea?

    i know there is some small company out there that makes a hood scoop delete. may want to search for it on nasioc.

    effectively i think its just a screen kit that goes over the hole. it actually looks pretty nice and will still allow the heat to rise up out of your engine bay at idle.

    3m blue painter's tape works wonders for covering holes on hoods.

    yeah but then that would make it look like he is trying to cover up his paint because he's going to the track to race his car.....so then he'd just be driving around as a poser.

    hey now, you could be converting the whole car with paint. infact, we were talking about this last night, and i would like to extend the offer out there beyond SweetbugI, Shibbs, and Vorgto... if Nick or whoever provides the blue 3M painters tape i will tape my entire car and rock it as Negaro Blue. fyi. lol

    That's 1 of 3 I have lol...The other one is an RS Stock pic, but CF with the clear bra. That's going for more of course due to the fact it is completely covered with that slick clear stuff...

    I suppose the RS hoods are steel. I'd get the carbon RS hood and paint it. Thats how I roll.
