Ok, after cleaning up the gamer tag id thread, continue your discussions of who's woopin whos ass here.
Who's gettin forza 3? I just watched a video clip on xbox live about it.. 2 disks. 1 disk is the game, 2nd disk is full of tracks and cars. Win.
I am curious how many people are using thei Logictech G25 wheel with GT5P and what they think so far? I am considering getting either the G25 or G27 when it comes out.
Wasn't GT5 supposed to come out like 2 years ago? I just love the people that keep holding their breath for that game. They made a freakin $50 demo for christ sake.
Lookin for more people to play cod4 with on 360. I'm not great at it, just average. I'm at rank 55 with no plans to go prestige. Have the challenges 70% complete. Red m4, blue mp5, gold de and thats about it. I bought the game a little more then a month ago, to help me get ready for the next release of the game. Buebie is my name.
Anybody been playing BF:1943 on the PS3? I rock for about a hour every night, would be nice to play with others
If anyone needs Microsoft points, goto Target in Fridley off of 694 and 65. They have 1600 point cards for $9.99 (half-price!) at the checkouts. Goto the checkouts from number 21 and up (checked the rest, and nothin).
Been putting in work on Fallout 3 again...killing everyone this time around instead of being the good guy. Makes the game a bit more boring since I'm not interacting with too many people lol...
Has anybody played the MAG beta yet? I was watching some gameplay video on youtube and it looks like Socom, FTL imo.
Bought a couple, but I'm sure I'll stop by there again if I'm in the area this week. Good gifts for my geek friends.
I was a hard core bf1942, bf 'nam, bf 2042 player, but the thing that just pissed me off so much is EA's crappy ass coding. The levels took FOREVER to load, even on a good computer. They've kinda burned me on the bf games, though they are fun once they are loaded.
I'm gonna check out the target next to my work here in about 5 minutes (lexington and 694) to see if they have any.
Target at lexington and 694 had the cards, but the price still showed $19.99. I didn't take them to a scanner or anything.
It's store specific, I think. From what my Gamestop friends were telling me, Microsoft is trying to get rid of this specific style of card, and that's the reason they are clearanced so low. Hit-up the one on 65 and 694. As for BF1942, I was big on it, but even more so on the Desert Combat mod. Soooo fun. And the level loading thing didn't bother me much, since the matches usually lasted a long time, if the teams were well matched. Big open field combat with tons of vehicles, classes, and people just rules. BF2 was pretty damn good, too, but almost too polished. The overhead commander role, and squads were great additions though, especially if you're with a bunch of people that were team players, and not lone-wolf types. Tried BFNam and didn't get into it really. Never touched BF2042, since it was one of the first games to use in-game ads on the billboards. Keep your damn marketing out of my killing-time!
MW2 is going to rock! http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-09-modern-warfare/50040 http://www.gamespot.com/ps3/action/modernwarfare2/video/6214245?hd=1&tag=topslot;thumb;2
I wouldn't know, as I don't own an Xbox, nor do I see myself purchasing one anytime soon. I know the PS3 servers are not the best, but I don't pay for them...so I guess I can't complain too much. There are two things I hate in online game play (that I don't think Live can even fix: Whiny little kids that cry when they get destroyed and send you little PS3 hatemail messages; and cheaters that glitch either their connection to the server, or they find the special glitch in the map that allows them to screw the whole game. I will probably pick up MW2 when it comes out, but I don't think I'm going to pay extra for any of the special packs they are releasing it in.
