i dont like the doors or the trunk...doesnt go well with the exterior color

 

if it was painted all 1 color.....ZOMG is right. That 2.5 swap looks amazing!!!!

YEah, paint it and lose the wing, otherwise its beautiful.

 

I'm not big on the cf doors or decklid. Like Yang said, it just doesn't jive with the color. If it was all the same color, it'd be sweet

Where did the other two doors go ? Yeah, it's probably in the thread, but I'm just too lazy and jaded right now to read through 8 pages of posts on it.

Its a very long build you have to read it to understand.... The build is amazing, But i too am not truly impressed with the final product as i should be.

 

my guess is that the 4 door that is stripped in the first pic is where the motor came from.

 

That wing, it makes me sick.

Nope, that's the full-on $1000 unit. I'd be lying if I said I didn't like the thing. Also, it's the first time I've seen one on a GC body, I'm impressed at the innovation.

 

lawlz, i would kill for carbon doors, hood, and hatch. drop some weight off that turd

 

I remember reading this build, don't remember why the car switch though.

 

From what i gathered (40 page thread on RS25) he was in an accident and decided to build up a 98 RS coupe. The motor is a V8 STi motor (2.0l y0). That is a real s202 wing. I am amazed at how much money went into this car. it looks superb in my opinion. I would prefer that the CF parts were paint matched. He mentioned that he has seen other peoples CF doors painted and they dont look quite right, reason enough for me.

His goal was to be super light weight. I think he did a pretty good job. He mentioned that going with the 18" GC-05s and the BBK saved him 14lbs versus having 17" GC-05s and the brembos.
