LOL^^^^Tell me something I don't know. Now lets look at that equation. An EJ 2.5 running 4-5 psi is NOT going to be fast. So I will have reliable and cheap so STFU! LOL

Are you saying that if I'm just running 4-5psi then I just need the turbo, IC and custom exhaust made up to run this setup...that I may not even need to worry about the RRFPR? Injectors? Fuel Pump?

I have my hands on a stock up pipe (thanks gran0393) which I'm going to use for the turbo flange on the end.

AWDimprezaL do you think you could get me a clear list of what I need immediatly and what I will need to add to it in the future so I can actually have some serious fun?

well each setup is different, immediatily you will need the turbo, intercooler, w/y pipe, you may also need a peice of radatior hose to get it to connect to the turbo, custom up pipe, custom down pipe, oil feed line, T fitting for oil feed, somewhere to tap for oil return (oil pan works) the RRFPR would be a good idea to have, idk how high the CR ratio is on a dohc

I'd look for a coolant expansion tank.

If you put your oil return on the pan, make shure its above the oil level, otherwise it can casue drainage problems.

    Good luck!

why would I need a coolant expansion tank and how different is it from a regular overflow bottle? Is the expansion tank held under pressure?

because the turbo is above the rad cap, it will get a big air pocket in it.
