might need a cut and reweld at one of the flanges so that they are parrallel.... but if they custom built the pipe then it should have fit...

so they didnt get the flanges right? if wrxboy was still in business i would have sent you to him to fix it for you. the remflex's may or may not work. if you have an area that doesnt get totally torqued down it may blow out. 99% of people that have issues with remflex's blowing is because of either improper torque or a badly warped mating surface.

    +1 for nate getting a home-shop going.

Nothing like getting to working on cars:

    1. that are owned by people who take care of them.
    2. Actually pay you what you deserve
    3. Understand how much work you're doing
    4. At your own house
    5. In a shop with little or no overhead
    6. without being away from wife and kids
    7. hanging with MNsubaru members!

and I bet it's leaking on the top of the pipe?

here's acouple quick tricks that sometimes helps....

take a jack and raise the mid-pipe so it's meets flush with the dp, then bolt it down and it should seal.

otherwise unhook the muffler hangers so the muffler section and mid pipe has an easier time coming forward and lining up.

Or get some sealant...I personally don't like it cause it just doesn't seem to last that long.

if ya can't get it I'll be home around 8:30 tonight and can probably fix it for ya.... just call me if needed

Nope the top is sealed its right on the bottom but the flanges are perfectly strait idk whats going on. I dont want to weld it because then it would be impossibl to take out.

I rode in it while Justin mashed the gas on I-94 right through downtown St. Paul. Pretty loud with all those big concrete walls around.
