Hey everyone, It's nice to see a MN Subaru forum. I've been posting on SubaruOutback.org for awhile then finally stumbled here via Reddit after searching for a local Subaru mechanic. The front differential went out on my '97 Legacy Outback and I've been looking for a mechanic who's looking for work. I'm in western WI and absolutely nobody in the area has the tools or know-how -- they just try to up-sell me with a remanufactured transmission. Glad to you have you mang! I ran into one of the subaru surgeons folks while pre-running a cruise route a while back. I haven't seen their work directly but he definitely seemed like a good guy with a passion for scoobs.
