Just ordered a Turbo XS "Y" hose, was planning on putting it on next week when I get it but while doing some reading today saw a post (on nasioc, Unabomber's Manifesto, best first mods) saying that on the 04+ WRX's w/o aftermarket E/M it can be a problem as it brings on boost too fast. This is the only post I've seen about this (spent over an hour looking for others, there and here) but the poster seemed knowledgable. Any insight would be appreciated. If you wanna be really picky, reset the ecu (pull the neg terminal off the battery for a few minutes) then start it and let it idle until it hits operating temp. Shouldn't need to at all tho.
