So, last week I had a random boost loss issue in my 2002 WRX. Someone mentioned the MAF. Today, it cranked for about 2x as long as usual, then ran fine, so something is up.

Since I drive this to work every day, I kinda need it to work good and stuff.

Is there a way to test the MAF?

On one of my cars, I can test the resistance between some pins on the MAF itself, and see if it's out of spec.

Is there a way to do this for my car?

    Are you getting any CEL?
You can try resetting the ecu to see if boost is back.
    IAM has probably dropped

No lights. Ran great today. I'll unhook the battery tonight, and see what's up.
